We Build for People
Our Story
We began in 2016 by renovating vintage trailers and placing them in people's backyards as short term rentals. Then we began building glampsites on ranches and raw land. Eventually, friends in Dallas began to ask us to build tiny homes in their backyards as ADU's and currently we are designing and building ADU's of all sizes for clients in DFW, Colorado Springs, and beyond.

We have always believed that the common man could be financially free and one of the biggest steps that any homeowner can do to cover their living expenses is to have a short or long term rental in their backyard. This is why we began. To empower others to become financially free.

Rental income is one of the most dependable forms of monthly income in existence. Building an ADU in your backyard will cover most or all of your mortgage and utilities. Once the PITI (principal, interest, taxes, insurance) of your primary residence is covered, your primary stream(s) of income can be directed to other endeavors. Our hope is that this will enable others to live financially free and empower them to fulfill their purpose in life.
