DEN Designs
DEN is one of the foremost ADU and home architectural design firms in the nation. Our company works hand-in-hand with DEN to build our clients the scandinavian-inspired construction plans engineered by DEN. Tiny Homes
We designed our own tiny homes and have partnered with Finley's Workshop in Colorado Springs to manufacture our designs. These structures are pre-fab and are assembled on site by our local crews.

In addition, we have partnered with Azure Printed Homes and Irontown Modular to provide modular ADU's that are shipped to our clients as fully built structures. Both companies are certified modular home builders and build to IRC code. Click here to view our tiny home options.
Custom ADUs
Some clients want to maximize their permitted square footage and want to customize the design and layout of their ADU to most perfectly fit their personal vision and lot parameters. For these clients we work with a local architect to make a custom design that fulfills your specific needs.
